Residents and owners apply here for vehicle-gate, pedestrian, and sticker access. Volunteers review every application — submitting a form does not grant access.

Choose the form that matches what you need. You may apply for more than one. Volunteers still verify proof of address and identity before anything is issued.
Community
WhatsApp and membership
Residents and owners become members by signing up and contributing to the voluntary security scheme. Contributions pay for security services and the managing agent (a Section 21 company).
Liability disclaimer
Disclaimer of liability: Security Village The Rand Estate (“The Rand Estate”) is administered by street representatives and directors of the association. The association acts as a liaison between residents and our service providers. The directors take no financial benefit and are not liable in any way for any damages, injuries to persons (including death), property damage or loss. The security road-closure has served residents for more than twelve years; membership remains voluntary.
